216-677-2707Tankless Water Heater in University Heights, OH
Endless hot water. Half the energy. Twice the lifespan.
Tankless water heaters — also called on-demand water heaters — heat water only when you need it, delivering an endless supply of hot water while cutting energy bills 20–40% compared to a traditional tank. On Our Way Plumbing installs tankless water heaters across University Heights and Greater Cleveland from top brands including Navien, Rinnai, Rheem, and Bosch. A properly sized and installed tankless unit typically lasts 15–20 years — nearly double the lifespan of a standard tank.
Tankless installation is more involved than a straight tank swap. Gas units need a larger gas line and dedicated venting. Electric whole-house tankless requires a substantial electrical service. We evaluate your existing infrastructure, size the unit correctly for your household's peak hot water demand (measured in GPM), and complete the installation with all required permits, inspections, and warranties.
Call On Our Way Plumbing at 216-677-2707 for a free tankless water heater consultation in University Heights. We'll walk you through the options, sizing, and costs so you can make an informed decision.
Why University Heights Residents Choose On Our Way Plumbing
University Heights gets its name and much of its identity from John Carroll University, the Jesuit institution that has anchored this east side community since 1935 when it relocated from the west side of Cleveland. The campus's Gothic architecture and manicured grounds set the tone for a city of about 13,000 residents who value education, community, and well-kept neighborhoods. The Cedar Road corridor and Warrensville Center Road intersection form the city's commercial heart, while the tree-lined streets off Silsby Road and Fenwick Road are home to a mix of long-time residents, young families, and rental properties popular with students and faculty — properties where plumbing issues need to be handled quickly to keep tenants happy.
On Our Way Plumbing is a go-to resource for University Heights homeowners, landlords, and property managers. We specialize in rental unit plumbing repairs — running toilets, dripping faucets, water heater replacements — for the quick turnovers that landlords need. We also handle full home service, water heater installations, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, and same-day repairs for urgent problems. Our experienced plumbers understand the plumbing quirks of the older housing stock that defines this community.
