216-677-2707Tankless Water Heater in Mentor, OH
Endless hot water. Half the energy. Twice the lifespan.
Tankless water heaters — also called on-demand water heaters — heat water only when you need it, delivering an endless supply of hot water while cutting energy bills 20–40% compared to a traditional tank. On Our Way Plumbing installs tankless water heaters across Mentor and Greater Cleveland from top brands including Navien, Rinnai, Rheem, and Bosch. A properly sized and installed tankless unit typically lasts 15–20 years — nearly double the lifespan of a standard tank.
Tankless installation is more involved than a straight tank swap. Gas units need a larger gas line and dedicated venting. Electric whole-house tankless requires a substantial electrical service. We evaluate your existing infrastructure, size the unit correctly for your household's peak hot water demand (measured in GPM), and complete the installation with all required permits, inspections, and warranties.
Call On Our Way Plumbing at 216-677-2707 for a free tankless water heater consultation in Mentor. We'll walk you through the options, sizing, and costs so you can make an informed decision.
Why Mentor Residents Choose On Our Way Plumbing
Mentor is the largest city in Lake County with a population of about 47,000 and a rich history that includes a notable presidential connection: James A. Garfield, the 20th President of the United States, ran his famous front-porch campaign from his Mentor farm, Lawnfield, in 1880. The Garfield National Historic Site on Mentor Avenue remains a popular landmark and a reminder of the city's place in American history. Today Mentor is a thriving suburban community with a strong retail presence along the Mentor Avenue corridor, the sprawling Great Lakes Mall, and easy access to Headlands Beach State Park, Ohio's largest natural beach on Lake Erie. That mix of historic and modern housing means Mentor's plumbing needs run the gamut.
